- Explore your “whys” behind giving the gift. Let go of your expectations.
- Examine your customary ways of giving. Think out of the box for fun.
- As you slow down, become more aware, and consider the process of gift-giving, you can avoid the stress of purchasing the perfect present in exchange for the true pleasure of generosity. A mindful gift will be beneficial to you as well as the receiver. Gift-giving can be a joy.
